• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Thurs–Mon schedule required
• Must work Saturdays & Sundays
• 9 AM–5 PM PT
• Remote in CA, ID, OR, TX, or WA only

What You’ll Do
• Provide live support via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot domain, DNS, hosting, and site-connection issues
• Guide customers through setup, transfers, platform connections, and email hosting
• Assist with account and billing issues
• Keep notes organized and maintain professional communication
• Deliver fast, friendly problem solving — even when customers are stressed
• Work independently in a remote environment
What You Need
• 2+ years live tech support experience or DNS/domain/hosting knowledge
• Strong phone and chat support skills
• Calm under pressure with great communication
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to write clear, professional emails
• Reliable home internet + quiet workspace
• OK with puns — bad ones too
