- High communication volume with ongoing process tracking and reporting
What You’ll Do
• Support recruiting by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, posting listings, and keeping applicants updated across email, phone, and messaging
• Run onboarding and training administration by sending instructions, tracking progress, managing training invites, and maintaining accurate logs
• Handle reporting and operational support including scorecards, surveys, spreadsheets, CRM updates, and weekly status updates for the Team Success Manager
What You Need
• Strong organization and time management skills with comfort managing detailed multi-step workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort making outbound calls
• Proficiency with Google Suite and spreadsheets (plus: admin, HR/recruiting coordination, or training support experience)
