Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Availability required between 8 AM – 8 PM EST
- Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage patient orders, including insurance verification and documentation
- Respond to patients, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and chat with urgency and clarity
- Collaborate with prescribers, vendors, and payors to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth transitions
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations while conducting audits for accuracy
- Meet performance goals for call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations and coordinate equipment delivery, returns, and resupplies
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects to enhance patient experience
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare or DME customer service experience, particularly with PAP devices/adherence
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for auditing and documentation
- Compassionate, solution-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
