Schedule
- Full time, remote role within the United States
- Standard weekday schedule based on client and call center needs

What You’ll Do
- Help establish, implement, and support departmental initiatives and daily workflows
- Measure, monitor, and communicate staffing levels and productivity to keep service levels on track
- Assign duties and responsibilities to team members and adjust as call volumes shift
- Prepare, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics
- Complete performance evaluations and track time and attendance
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and patient concerns with a sense of urgency
- Train and coach staff on systems, tools, processes, and new procedure changes
- Model a professional, positive, patient centered attitude on every interaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare call center
- Minimum 1 year in a team lead or higher role in a healthcare call center
- Established experience with hospital billing in a call center environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and helping team members improve results
- Professional, patient focused demeanor in a fast paced environment
