Work with Marketing Leaders to define and drive the recruitment and candidate experience
Enable hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions
Build a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
Add value to our recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting while driving improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Lead and execute special projects such as talent/market mapping for key marketing roles, from Field & Product Marketing to Digital, PR & Comms, Marketing Operations, Creative & Design
Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture
Leverage data and develop “voice of the customer” insights to drive results and continuous improvements
Requirements
You have 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience at a search firm or agency
You have experience working with clients or in the B2B Enterprise Software market
Strong understanding of the full marketing spectrum
Experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, including planning/intake meetings with hiring managers and creative sourcing approaches
