What You’ll Do

  • Work with Marketing Leaders to define and drive the recruitment and candidate experience
  • Enable hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions
  • Build a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
  • Add value to our recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting while driving improvements that impact local pipeline areas
  • Lead and execute special projects such as talent/market mapping for key marketing roles, from Field & Product Marketing to Digital, PR & Comms, Marketing Operations, Creative & Design
  • Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture
  • Leverage data and develop “voice of the customer” insights to drive results and continuous improvements

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience at a search firm or agency
  • You have experience working with clients or in the B2B Enterprise Software market
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing spectrum
  • Experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, including planning/intake meetings with hiring managers and creative sourcing approaches
