About You
We are seeking an entry-level Talent Associate (Recruiting Coordinator) to provide support to the in-house Talent Acquisition & People team, as well as helping with projects and ongoing initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting and executing administrative tasks as well as communicating cross-functionally with our partners in other departments and assisting the People Team with strategy, processes, and priorities to best serve our current and future team members.
You will work primarily with our Talent Acquisition team, and on occasion will complete projects for our People Team. This position sits on the Talent Acquisition team, and reports into the Sr. Recruiting Manager. *This position is remote and open to candidates in the following time zones: Eastern/Central/Mountain.
Responsibilities
Talent Side:
- Interview scheduling for open roles, including frequently sharing updates with candidates and hiring managers.
- Launch new roles, review, and update job posting information in Greenhouse.
- Own Greenhouse Recruiting, and manage the entire Greenhouse ecosystem.
- Work closely with the TA team to ensure all candidate information and communication is up to date.
- Act as point of contact for candidates before, during, and after their interviews, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
- Over time you’ll manage entry-level searches to support the team and to gain a better understanding of recruiting and hiring best practices.
- Own the recruiting analytics function, including gathering & reporting data on our careers page & other recruiting tools, sources, candidate experience, and monthly TA recaps.
- Anticipate possible issues before they arise and effectively problem solve in advance. This includes independently making quick, educated decisions, and escalate to the Recruiting lead.
- Partner with the overall team to brainstorm new ways to elevate the candidate experience.
- Back up the TA and People Team with administrative tasks, ad hoc requests and special projects.
People Side:
- Assist in the creation of employee engagement activities and experiences with our Cultural Ambassadors Group in collaboration with the People Team.
- Assist in ongoing people operations, including drafting internal communications, serving as support or backup for People Team, helping to facilitate and participate in all-team calls and events (virtual and in-person), assisting with training, learning, and development efforts.
- Update the Nutranet, our internal employee portal as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, and/or recent grad with recruiting internship experience
- Interest in the health and wellness space, startup experience is a plus
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, we use Greenhouse
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$65,000—$75,000 USD
