Responsibilities
- Source and recruit licensed clinicians through multiple channels
- Manage ATS workflow and job postings
- Conduct candidate screens and coordinate interviews
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines
- Track activity and candidate progress with consistency
- Experiment with new outreach channels and clinical networks
Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-directed, and responsive in a fast-moving environment
- U.S. work authorization and fluent English
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting clinicians or healthcare talent
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and data tracking
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $66,000 to $77,000
- Bonus eligible
