Responsibilities
- Understand recruitment needs and resource profiles as identified by the Global Resource Manager
- Recruit resources to fill long-term and short-term resourcing strategies, as well as immediate needs
- Search industry databases and other media for potential candidates as required by the Global Resource Manager
- Post job announcements on recruitment websites and other media as necessary
- Gather and analyze preliminary information on candidates
- Interview candidates using standard evaluation procedures
- Check references
- Process, organize and maintain all paperwork
- Maintain resource database as necessary
- Update vendor calendars
- Collect specific data from resources on a regularly or ad hoc basis
- Communicate with resources as required by the Global Resource Manager (information-gathering initiatives)
- Provide administrative support to Global Resource Manager as necessary
Education Level and other skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience & other skills
- Experience as localization production professional and/or experience in Vendor Management, Project Management or Coordination, Localization Industry preferred
- Results driven work ethic with high energy and enthusiasm levels
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English proficiency
- Excellent computer literacy skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office at a minimum)
- “Can do” attitude
