Overview

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a member of a highly skilled talent acquisition team working on a mix of high-volume and hard to fill positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide support to the talent acquisition staff in coordinating all aspects of talent acquisition of new employees in their assigned business line. This position requires a talent acquisition professional that is resourceful, a great communicator, and excellent at identifying key skills and backgrounds that match the talent strategy of Acadia.  This position is 100% remote!

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  •  Oversees talent acquisition support for key talent pools in a high-volume and full life cycle setting
  •  Identifies talent needs and creates actionable talent procurement and delivery strategies in collaboration with talent leadership
  •  Leverages talent acquisition tools and resources to deliver highly qualified candidates
  •  Provides support and insights on talent acquisition process recommendations and improvement
  •  Manages and presents key metrics for assignments
  •  Partners directly with business line human resources and operational leadership to deliver hiring targets
  •  Managing daily information and candidate data tracking daily
  •  Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications

STANDARD EXPECTATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· Undergraduate degree preferred.

· This is position does not require previous talent acquisition experience, but we prefer 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

· Strong background and experience in administration support, along with excellent coordination skills.

· Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.

· Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

· Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting

· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external and a customer-oriented attitude.

· Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.

· Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with others

· Strong sense of urgency.

· Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.

· English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
