Work involves handling customer cases, troubleshooting, callbacks, and documentation in a ticketing/CRM system.

What You’ll Do

Support customers using PatientNow’s EMR/PM/Medical CRM software by diagnosing issues and walking users through clear, step-by-step solutions
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues involving related equipment like scanners, barcode readers, cameras, and credit card devices
Log and manage cases accurately in the CRM/ticketing system, escalate priority issues when needed, and follow up with scheduled callbacks to ensure full resolution

What You Need

Prior software support experience, with the technical mindset to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Experience supporting or training on EMR and practice management software, plus confidence using CRMs, ticketing tools, and remote access software (e.g., LogMeIn Remote)
Strong phone and written communication skills, solid customer service instincts, and the ability to multi-task without losing accuracy or empathy
