Expectation: provide customer support via cases/tickets and live troubleshooting, communicate clearly, and follow through until issues are resolved.
What You’ll Do
Support customers using PatientNow’s EMR/PM/Medical CRM software by diagnosing questions and walking them through clear, step-by-step solutions
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues tied to the platform (scanners, barcode readers, cameras, credit card equipment), escalating priority issues when needed
Document and manage cases in the CRM ticketing system, complete scheduled callbacks, and share best practices to help clients improve efficiency and satisfaction
What You Need
Prior software support experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and comfort working in a CRM/ticketing system
Experience supporting or training on EMR and practice management software, plus familiarity with remote access tools (example: LogMeIn Remote)
Strong communication, customer service instincts, multitasking ability, and professional phone/email etiquette
