The Support Specialist, Development is responsible for managing customer communications related to software defects reported and discovered through customer support requests. They also manage internal tools to aid in Support team visibility of known issues.
How you’ll add value:
Respond to all customer status update requests on bug report tickets
Proactively deliver status updates on bug report tickets
Attend triage meetings to discuss new bug reports and work queue priority settings with members of Development, Product, and Support
Enter defects into Jira
Validate bug fixes delivered by Development
Update customers once fix has been deployed to their site
Help manage Support team Known Issues board in Trello
Assist Support teams with difficult troubleshooting tickets
Assist Sr. Manager, Accounting Support in optimizing effectiveness of Development Support Specialist role
Assist Support management in preparing daily summary of Development-related customer issue reports
Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Outstanding organizational skills
Outstanding customer service skills

Expert grasp of software programming logic principles
Expert scenario testing skills

Compensation: Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a salary range of $25-$31. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
