Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required
- Must be based in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for clients using Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 (hardware, software, networking)
- Fulfill and configure new or replacement hardware orders
- Create and manage support tickets in Salesforce CRM; route to appropriate teams as needed
- Perform POS data entry tasks and hardware swaps
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and maintain electronic document storage
- Assist with inventory tracking, including RMAs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of call center support experience for Oracle Simphony 1 or 2
- Minimum 1 year in technical customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- General computer knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $20.00 – $31.00 (based on location, skills, and experience)
