Schedule
- 100 percent remote, work from home within the United States
- Full time role with standard business hours
- Occasional travel, up to 10 percent, for onsite training and National Sales Meetings within the continental US
What You’ll Do
- Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, purchasing, warehouse, AR/AP, and Credit and Collections to support smooth order delivery and account growth
- Support Account Managers by reviewing and following up on backorders, researching product specs, and locating new or hard to find products
- Research and recommend alternative or comparable products for customers, including new item setup
- Assist with pricing requests, quotes, samples, studies, and literature for product evaluations
- Help configure complex product solutions such as hose assemblies, blenders, custom products, and specialty equipment
- Resolve customer issues related to backorders, delivery times, substitutions, returns, and defective products in partnership with regulatory teams
- Handle shipping and service inquiries, as well as responses to marketing campaigns and product requests
- Analyze and run reports in Excel, maintain records, and assist in preparing required reports
- Participate in product training classes and provide clear guidance to Account Managers on products and processes
What You Need
- Five or more years in a sales support role or related industry experience with a strong track record of success preferred
- Clinical experience with technical respiratory parts is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations and keep interactions professional
- Comfort working in a changing environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
- Proven problem solver who can assess the needs of the sales organization and act as a strategic partner
- Solid judgment and analytical skills to break down complex issues and develop practical solutions
- Proficiency with computer data entry, tracking systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong research skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers
