Responsibilities
- Manage email communications and Salesforce cases for assigned customers
- Route cases to appropriate RCM teams based on issue type
- Track trends in customer requests to identify improvement opportunities
- Keep the Customer Success Manager informed of escalated issues
- Support end-of-month close processes to ensure timely financial reporting
- Collaborate across departments and global teams to resolve service gaps
- Document resolutions and ensure accurate case tracking
- Maintain high productivity and customer service standards
Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle support, healthcare operations, or related role
- Experience with Brightree and/or DME billing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-directed
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare billing or RCM operations
- Exposure to SaaS support environments
