Works closely with internal teams and occasional external toll agency partners.
Expectation: manage operational tasks, document processes, and drive efficiency improvements.

What You’ll Do

Process toll and violations data for existing customers as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
Identify opportunities for process improvement, share ideas, and help implement more efficient workflows
Update and create SOPs for new and evolving processes, collaborating with internal partners as needed

What You Need

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple tasks at once
A growth mindset with excitement for iterative improvement, innovation, and outcome-driven work
High school diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, plus proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce experience helpful
