What You’ll Do
- Process toll and violations data for existing customers as needed
- Research and troubleshoot issues, sometimes working with toll agencies and internal teams
- Support new account setup
- Use Salesforce CRM for customer and internal communication tracking
- Update existing SOPs and collaborate on new SOP creation as processes evolve
- Look for process improvements and share ideas to increase efficiency and accuracy
What You Need
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Interest in process improvement, iteration, and operational efficiency
- Comfort researching issues and following tasks through to resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
- Growth mindset and accountability for outcomes
- HS diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
