- Standard business hours, with shift flexibility required for coverage
What You’ll Do
- Oversee inbound and outbound patient access support team operations
- Manage workflow, monitor calls, and track performance metrics (Service Level, First Call Resolution, etc.)
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, development, and training to remote staff
- Create and maintain SOPs, metrics, and program documentation
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex program issues and implement improvements
- Manage Workday tasks (timecards, PTO approvals, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2–3 years’ leadership experience in call center or customer service operations
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, lead, and engage remote employees effectively
- Highly organized, with proven time management and multitasking skills
- Passion for patient advocacy and high-quality service delivery
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $67,500 – $96,300
