Schedule
• Full-time
• Remote first, not remote-only
• In-person participation required throughout the year (team and company offsites happen multiple times annually)

What You’ll Do
• Lead a specialized Concierge team supporting high value customer relationships
• Hit SLAs, productivity targets, and quality metrics for your team and line of business
• Streamline operations and improve customer experience outcomes through initiatives and process changes
• Partner with Program, Quality, and Training teams to upgrade workflows and execution
• Manage escalations end to end, coordinating with subject matter experts across teams
• Drive root cause problem solving, not just quick fixes
• Advocate for customers internally to influence cross-functional improvements
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to align on solutions and deliver results
• Proactively spot customer needs early to reduce friction and strengthen trust
• Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand use of Coinbase features

What You Need
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
• FINRA Series 24 required, or Series 9 and 10
• 3+ years in enterprise customer, account management, or advisory work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven people leadership with a track record of coaching, developing, and leveling up teams
• Working knowledge of crypto concepts like staking, custody, rewards, and ROI
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and presentation prep using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience in banking, wealth management, corporate finance, asset management, fintech, or crypto

• Base salary range: $96,305 to $113,300, plus bonus eligibility, equity, and benefits
