What You’ll Do
⦁ Supervise Benefits Verification staff and provide day-to-day direction within pharmacy operations
⦁ Ensure patient benefits are verified accurately and consistently according to company guidelines
⦁ Monitor workflow, production, and quality metrics to ensure goals are met
⦁ Analyze call and performance statistics and adjust staffing/workflow to hit service targets
⦁ Coordinate procedural changes and resolve department-level issues impacting results
⦁ Coach, motivate, and develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
⦁ Address performance concerns and administer disciplinary action when needed
⦁ Support hiring efforts including interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities
⦁ Lead or support department and pharmacy-wide projects and process improvements
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of supervisory experience in a related environment
⦁ 3+ years of experience working with medical insurance or in a pharmacy environment
⦁ Ability to lead in a production setting with strong organization and accountability
⦁ Comfort using performance data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
⦁ Must reside in TX, PA, IL, AZ, or FL and live within 75 miles of a Specialty location
⦁ High school diploma or GED required

⦁ Pay range: $43,888.00 to $93,574.00 (varies by experience, location, and qualifications)
