We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Subway Market Operations team.
This position supports the SVP of the Subway Market Operations team with clerical support, assisting with various projects, and coordinating with other departments. Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization. Prepares reports and presentation materials. Receives and responds to correspondence. Schedules meetings, and performs other duties as assigned. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
|Clerical duties: Creating correspondence, copying documents, updating documents and presentations for SUBWAY , additional duties as assigned. Works to rectify any issues with information or documents. Maintain reporting and databases for the territory office in regards to operations and development. Maintaining the calendar and schedule of the SVP, SMO. Support the team by responding to inquiries from headquarters staff, regional offices, DAs, business partners, franchisees, and new prospects. Assist with the billing/payment processing of office accounts. Assist SMO executives with expense reporting process.
|Assists the development team with administrative parts of the remodel process and provides the necessary clerical support for Franchise Sales.
|Assists the operations team with administrative support to coordinate initiative training logistics throughout the territory. Follows-up with Field Consultants and Franchise Owners for clarifications and updates on existing projects and any relevant items. Supports the planning and execution of staff meetings and Franchise Owners meetings.
|Assists with the drafting and distribution of territory communications.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in an office environment preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Helpful to have worked with Access databases.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working with a busy environment.
- High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone, email and in person.
- Must also be able to work autonomously and be professional.
