What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention and growth
- Act as the primary advisor and advocate for key accounts
- Conduct annual business reviews and present performance insights to executives
- Identify opportunities for upselling services or expanding product offerings
- Partner across internal departments to deliver client goals and solutions
- Monitor performance metrics, mitigate risks, and ensure client satisfaction
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of account management experience (large case experience required)
- Knowledge of CDH & COBRA product administration preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
