The company supports employers with flexible benefit solutions, claims administration, and member services. As part of the Operations team, you help protect plans from large claim risk by tracking stop loss activity with accuracy and consistency.
Schedule
- Full time, fully remote position
- Standard office hours with computer based work
- Must have reliable high speed internet through cable or fiber with at least 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Audit monthly stop loss activity to confirm all eligible claims have been filed and reimbursements have been received
- Update and manage stop loss tracking logs and specific deductible logs for members over thresholds
- Review, record, and reconcile stop loss reimbursements in internal tracking tools
- Gather and prepare data needed to file Rx stop loss claims
- Request, track, and organize Actively at Work forms from clients
- Manage the cash advance process, including selecting claims for cash advance and tracking checks when reimbursements arrive
- Partner with Stop Loss Claim Specialists on administrative, organizational, and audit related tasks
- Meet deadlines in a fast moving environment while maintaining accuracy and clear documentation
- Handle other related responsibilities as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
- One to two years of experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and related software
- Proven time management skills and ability to hit deadlines
- Ability to stay focused and effective in a high pace, sometimes stressful environment
- Medical claims, accounting, finance, or TPA or insurance experience is a plus
