- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Standard office hours with high call and document volume
- Requires reliable internet and the ability to work seated at a computer and on the phone for long stretches
What You’ll Do
- Process and review stipulation documents to ensure they meet company requirements
- Spot items or situations that require supervisor review and escalate appropriately
- Communicate with dealers by phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide status updates
- Assist with credit applications, inbound dealer and customer calls, and payment processing over the phone
- Verify loan terms with new customers and provide clear explanations of terms and next steps
- Help maintain and grow dealer relationships to support existing and new business
- Work across departments by handling customer service, payment calls, and other support functions as needed
- Meet volume and quality goals while working accurately under deadlines
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR 1+ year of experience in underwriting or lending
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time pressure
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports, legal documents, and technical information
- Comfort with basic math and concepts such as interest, percentages, and commissions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively and take direction well
