- Standard business hours with deadlines and time-sensitive workloads

What You’ll Do
- Process stipulation documents and compare them against company requirements and policies
- Develop a strong understanding of stipulation policy to spot exceptions and escalate items that require supervisor review
- Communicate regularly with dealers via phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide updates
- Work with management to build underwriting skills and grow your decision-making authority over time
- Verify loan terms with new customers and support customer service by answering calls and processing payments over the phone
- Help maintain existing business and support new business by nurturing strong dealer relationships
- Coordinate with other departments by assisting with customer service and payment calls and other credit-related tasks as needed
- Handle changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR at least 1 year of experience in underwriting or lending
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal or technical documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond to inquiries and explain terms clearly
- Solid math skills, including the ability to calculate interest, discounts, percentages, and related figures
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate situations where only limited standardization exists
- Reliable, dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team player with a positive “can-do” attitude and good judgment
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under deadline pressure while maintaining accuracy
