Schedule
- Full-time remote
- Weekly or bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions with clients
- Independent planning and consulting workload
What You’ll Do
- Coach fixed ops teams on pricing strategy, labor rates, and workflow optimization
- Lead virtual sessions guiding dealerships through performance improvements
- Train leadership on software tools and reporting
- Translate insights into business impact and revenue growth
- Track progress in CRM and document coaching outcomes
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support adoption and expansion
What You Need
- 3–5 years automotive fixed ops experience; service manager background preferred
- Strong understanding of ELR, parts matrixing, labor grids, warranty pricing, hours/RO
- Proven coaching and leadership influence
- Solid data presentation and analysis skills
- Experience managing client relationships and virtual training sessions
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiar with CRM tools
