What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial contracts for services and technology delivered from US and international locations
- Advise business and legal leaders on risk management, dispute resolution, contract interpretation, and contract management
- Handle general corporate legal matters including transactional documents and license agreements
- Support compliance with applicable laws in a fast-paced corporate environment
What You Need
- J.D. and active license to practice law in the United States
- 3+ years of relevant corporate and/or law firm experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional matters
- Meaningful experience negotiating and documenting commercial transactions
- Experience with complex services and technology outsourcing, including SaaS transactions
- Strong contract drafting, review, and interpretation skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently and consistently hit deadlines
- Strong communication skills and judgment with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Salary
- $102,000–$148,000 base + incentives (varies by location and experience)
