Schedule
• Remote
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
• Pay: $18 to $22 per hour (DOE)
• Call center environment; must be able to sit for extended periods
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications for new and existing clients
• Follow up on application status and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed
• Maintain detailed logs of pending and completed enrollment work
• Maintain and update credentialing and enrollment reports
• Manage new client start-ups, group enrollments, and special projects
• Resolve provider and NPI-related issues, including effective dates, deactivations, and NPI denials
• Manage state and client master applications
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by your manager
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of credentialing and/or enrollment experience preferred
• Knowledge of provider enrollment requirements for commercial payers and CMS federal/state guidelines preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-first approach
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized with high-volume work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
