Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Full-time; availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CT
- Work under established procedures with autonomy and accountability
What You’ll Do
- Support inbound callers on Health Spending Accounts, COBRA, Retiree, and Exchange topics
- Guide enrollments, resolve issues, and document details with speed and accuracy
- Ensure compliance and complete all transactions on time
- Own cases from intake to resolution and step in to help teammates as needed
- Operate with high energy, professionalism, and a solutions mindset
What You Need
- 3+ years’ experience with HSA, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs (required); 5+ years ideal
- Strong customer focus, people skills, and phone etiquette
- Tech-comfortable; able to diagnose and own basic technology issues
- Team-first mindset with a drive for excellence and clear communication
