What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders to move brand + digital programs forward
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across organic, paid social, and email to drive engagement and leads
- Support content creation with internal subject matter experts and help manage the content calendar
- Use Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics (and related tools) to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Maintain the corporate website in WordPress (site updates as needed)
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver ongoing marketing programs
- Manage inbound leads to generate meetings and pipeline for the sales team
- Report on full-funnel performance and recommend optimizations
- Support budget tracking: invoices, contracts, month-to-month spend organization
What You Need
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with brand + digital programs (content/collateral creation, Canva, email campaigns, social media best practices)
- Analytical mindset: can turn data into clear decisions and improvements
- Flexible, hands-on style in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce + Pardot (or similar CRM/marketing automation) experience required
