What You’ll Do
⦁ Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major feature updates
⦁ Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution
⦁ Define and monitor KPIs to measure product marketing impact and inform future strategy
⦁ Craft clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with insurers
⦁ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to guide strategy
⦁ Build value-based messaging frameworks, playbooks, and sales enablement materials
⦁ Support Sales through presentations, demos, collateral, and training tools
⦁ Provide ongoing market insights to guide product roadmap and strategic decisions
⦁ Serve as the internal voice of the customer and external face of product storytelling
What You Need
⦁ 10+ years of product marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
⦁ Deep experience in the Insurtech industry (required)
⦁ Proven ability to build and execute GTM strategies for complex SaaS or enterprise products
⦁ Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting data and extracting insights
⦁ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
⦁ Experience building high-quality sales enablement materials
⦁ Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools
⦁ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
