Workforce Management Team provides data analytics and support to the H&W field. WMT leans into labor planning/forecasting, reporting/dashboards, and compliance for pharmacists and support staffing. The role of the Scheduling Specialists on this team is to be our customer facing partner to the field. This partnership is an essential role in building our brand and trust with the organization at large.


What you’ll do…

In this fast-paced environment, the primary responsibility entails developing schedules for pharmacists according to demand, meticulously editing them as needed, and diligently maintaining the schedule integrity. Additionally, managing PTO and ensuring compliance with company policies are integral aspects of the role. This position demands adept data entry skills and a keen understanding of organizational protocols, contributing to the efficient functioning of the scheduling system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One – Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Experience in Pharmacy, HR, receptionist, medical scheduling, dispatcher, OR logistic background.
  • Able to work M-F 8a-5p PST or MST.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Be comfortable with speaking to market directors and leadership.
  • Proficient in MS suite.
  • Able to multi-task.

‎ The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

‎ *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

‎ Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
