Requirements:
- Associates or higher level degree OR at least three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with MSP system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with borrowers.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
