We are looking for an individual who has a very strong technical orientation, hands-on experience with integrations and onboarding processes. This includes vast AdTech experience with deep technical understanding(JS, HTTP, HTML, etc.’), and deep familiarity with specific AdTech related products (VAST, OMID, programmatic, wrappers, ad servers). Responsible in nature, and a problem-solver at heart. In this role, you’ll be a part of our Solution Engineering team and act as T2 technical support and research for the T1 TAMs and directly communicate with clients as needed. In more complex and/or strategic opportunities, you will be involved in the day to day support the TAM until full hand-off. You will assume onboarding responsibilities and will assist our global team to achieve our mutual goal – win and retain clients through superior service, alongside a technological stack that we are proud of.
In addition, you’ll be busy with data monitoring, and closely collaborating with R&D. You will own, manage and lead projects related to various areas, all with the shared goal of continuous evolvement towards improving our Verification offering.
What You Will Do:
- Consulting and guiding our customers regarding the technical implementation
- Define technical requirements and provide guidance in the use of the Verification solutions.
- Ability to gather requirements from TAM team and convert these to solutions
- T2 support, troubleshooting integration / technical issues raised by the TAMs and/or the end-client.
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively.
- Guide the Research team when you find anomalies or irregularities, including preparing the base analysis and framing the investigation for maximum efficiency.
- Perform data analysis (SQL and Excel) to guide and advise your customer
Who You Are:
