- North America–based travel required (as needed for events and activations)
- Reports to EVP, Brand & Ecosystem
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Plan and publish daily/weekly content aligned with campaigns, launches, and events
- Collaborate with Creative and Video teams for social-first content (short-form video, reels, graphics)
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow community presence
- Track and report awareness, engagement, and pipeline metrics
Brand Ambassador Program
- Build and manage Granum’s Brand Ambassador program
- Recruit, contract, and onboard influencers/industry advocates
- Negotiate deliverables, exclusivity, and incentives
- Integrate ambassadors into events, webinars, podcasts, and launches
- Run ongoing engagement programs and track ROI (reach, engagement, UTM/codes → pipeline)
Collaboration
- Partner with Partner Programs and Brand Experience teams on ecosystem alignment and event strategy
- Support Demand Gen and Product Marketing with ambassador-driven and social-first content
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in social media, influencer, or community marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred)
- Experience growing/managing social channels with measurable results
- Proven background in influencer/ambassador program management (contracts, ROI, incentives)
- Strong digital storytelling and content instincts
- Skilled negotiator and relationship builder
- Analytical mindset to connect metrics to business outcomes
- Comfortable with frequent travel
