You’ll run BiOptimizers’ organic social strategy day to day across the major channels, build the content engine, and use performance insights to keep the brand culturally relevant in wellness.

What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day management of organic channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
- Build and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches, brand priorities, and cultural moments
- Write or collaborate on platform-native copy that stays educational, credible, and human
- Brief, review, and refine content with designers, editors, and freelance creators
- Support launches, influencer pushes, and retail activations with consistent storytelling across platforms
- Partner with the Social Content Creator to produce trend-based and evergreen content rooted in performance optimization, biohacking, and functional wellness
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, tools, and best practices and bring new growth ideas proactively
- Track performance, pull insights, and use them to guide creative direction and future strategy
- Build monthly and quarterly reporting with key metrics, learnings, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate scheduling/posting and work with the Community Manager to maintain an active, responsive presence
- Test formats and features across platforms to optimize the organic strategy continuously
What You Need
- 3+ years Social Media Manager experience (in-house or agency), ideally in CPG, wellness, or lifestyle
- Proven success growing and managing TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Strong experience building and running content calendars
- Strong writing and communication skills with platform-specific tone control
- Analytical comfort: reporting, interpreting performance, and turning insights into action
- Cross-functional collaboration chops (creative, influencer, brand teams)
- Experience with social tools like Dash Hudson, Sprout, or Later (scheduling, analytics, reporting)
- Strong trend radar and the judgment to align culture moments with brand identity
- Ability to operate fast in a high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders
