What You’ll Do
- Upload and curate engaging multimedia content
- Manage day-to-day interactions, inquiries, reviews, and customer feedback
- Track audience engagement, trends, competitor promos, and marketing insights
- Develop or maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and posting plans
- Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and promotional initiatives
- Moderate conversations and build rapport with the brand audience
- Research influencers, products, and businesses for partnership opportunities
- Write social copy such as captions, descriptions, and post text
- Support the Ad Manager with implementation of social media ad campaigns
- Handle general admin support and ad hoc tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or a certified course in marketing/business
- 2+ years of experience in social media or a closely related role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2 level)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfort with layouts, design fundamentals, typography, and digital-first visuals
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and similar tools
- Portfolio showing a range of creative work

Compensation
