What You’ll Do
- Upload and curate multimedia content; manage daily interactions and inquiries
- Gather audience insights, engagement data, competitor activity, and trend research
- Build and manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and multi-platform posts
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, content development, and promotions
- Moderate conversations, manage reviews/feedback, and build rapport with the audience
- Research influencers, partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Write captions, descriptions, and other social copy
- Support paid social execution with the Ad Manager
- Handle general admin and ad hoc tasks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or certified course in marketing or business
- 2+ years of experience in social media or related work
- Strong English communication (written and verbal, B2+ level)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, graphics basics)
- Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- A compelling portfolio showing a range of creative work
- Basic tech setup: webcam, noise-canceling headset, reliable internet (25 Mbps+ main, 10 Mbps+ backup)
