What You’ll Do
- Upload and curate engaging multimedia content and manage daily interactions and inquiries
- Research audience engagement, industry trends, competitor promos, and marketing insights
- Develop or oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and platform posting
- Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotions
- Moderate conversations, build rapport with the audience, and manage reviews/feedback
- Research influencers, products, and businesses for strategic partnerships
- Write social copy like captions and descriptions
- Support the Ad Manager with social media ad campaign implementation
- Handle general admin tasks and ad hoc requests
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) or certified course in marketing/business
- 2+ years of experience in social media (or related)
- English communication skills (written and verbal), at least B2 level
- Strong organization and time management
- Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign (or similar)
- A portfolio showing a wide range of creative work

Compensation
- Entry level (1–3 years): up to $3,000/month
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $3,600/month
- Expert (5+ years): up to $4,000/month
Quick reality check: they’re calling it “assistant,” but the scope is closer to social coordinator (content + community + light paid support + design tools). Your portfolio and examples of calendar execution will matter more than the title.
