- Collaboration window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for meetings and team syncs (not a strict work schedule)

What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content optimized per platform (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to align content with campaigns, brand voice, and visual identity
- Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and high-performing
- Maintain organized content calendars and a consistent posting cadence
- Track performance metrics and iterate creative strategy based on insights
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch new storytelling ideas that build community and brand equity
- Ensure all content follows compliance and brand standards across platforms
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–4 years creating social content for a consumer brand (wellness/lifestyle/performance nutrition preferred)
- Strong short-form video production skills (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Working knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Strong understanding of algorithms, engagement mechanics, and audience behavior by platform
Preferred
- Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and communication
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines
- Cross-functional collaboration experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation
- $55,000–$65,000 per year
