What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls and resolve customer questions
- Handle payment processing and set up payment plans
- Educate customers on two small business lending brands and their rules
- Keep accounts updated with accurate notes and details
- Deliver consistently professional, empathetic customer support
What You Need
- Fast-paced customer service experience (call center preferred, not required)
- Strong communication + active listening
- Comfortable in high-volume, multitask-heavy work
- Tech-friendly and reliable in a remote setting
