Position Overview
The Shopify E-Commerce Email Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. This role involves leveraging data analytics to understand customer behaviors and drive engagement through targeted email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute loyalty and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to communicate with customers and promote loyalty programs.
  • Utilize Shopify to optimize customer experience and engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing for campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee customer segmentation to ensure targeted marketing efforts that resonate with distinct customer groups.
  • Implement and manage SMS marketing strategies to enhance customer communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in email marketing and campaign development.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and its application in enhancing customer engagement.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and growth strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of customer relationship management and loyalty programs.
  • Experience with subscription programs and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
