What You’ll Do
⦁ Sort and filter large Excel data pools to identify the best accounts to target for settlement negotiations
⦁ Negotiate settlements and build ongoing relationships with creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers
⦁ Organize creditor contacts, outcomes, and notes for future reference and leverage
⦁ Track and follow up on accounts currently in negotiation to keep them moving
⦁ Calculate settlement payment options based on client budgets
⦁ Contact creditors efficiently through calls, emails, and faxes to drive resolution
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma (BA preferred) or equivalent experience/training
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
⦁ Comfort with basic math (percentages, ratios, decimals) and interpreting simple graphs
⦁ Intermediate reasoning skills to solve problems with multiple moving parts
⦁ Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
⦁ Debt Pay Pro experience is a plus
