Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $15 per hour + weekly pay and bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate settlements with creditors, debt buyers, and collection agencies on behalf of clients.
- Analyze Excel data to identify high-impact accounts for negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with financial institutions and partners.
- Calculate settlement payment options that align with client budgets.
- Track communications, document progress, and organize contact records for ongoing use.
What You Need
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Debt Pay Pro experience a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid math and reasoning skills to calculate settlements and payment ratios.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
