What You’ll Do
⦁ Facilitate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off, handling the full lifecycle
⦁ Provide best-in-class support to customers and drivers via chat and phone
⦁ Coordinate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly
⦁ Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep all parties informed with clear, confident communication
⦁ Identify operational pain points and share feedback to improve processes and logistics performance
