What You’ll Do
⦁ Facilitate deliveries from booking through successful drop-off, managing everything in between
⦁ Provide best-in-class support for customers and drivers via chat and phone
⦁ Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries run smoothly
⦁ Troubleshoot problems quickly, keep stakeholders updated, and drive issues to resolution
⦁ Identify operational pain points and share feedback to help optimize logistics and team workflows
What You Need
⦁ Positive attitude, fun personality, and eagerness to learn
⦁ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication
⦁ Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm during high volume moments
