What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leaders and translate goals into operational plans
- Lead performance initiatives and monitor KPIs across patient financial services
- Develop communication strategies and proactively manage escalations and risks
- Mentor analysts and team members to improve processes, reporting, and service outcomes
What You Need
- 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (patient operations, self-pay, or receivables)
- Strong data analysis and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects in outsourced, CRC, or healthcare consulting environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
