Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Must be available for one of these shifts:
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming patient questions and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies
- Create, triage, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow
- Optimize provider schedules for best use of time
- Schedule appointments in eClinicalWorks as needed
- Support clinicians through Microsoft Teams chat, including:
- Scheduling follow-up appointments
- Contacting patients who are late to tele-visits
- Sending referral information
- Sending discharge letters
- Complete ServiceNow ticket tasks, including:
- Explaining insurance benefits
- Responding to patient inquiries
- Uploading insurance cards/IDs to patient records
- Troubleshooting minor tech issues or escalating to the helpdesk
What You Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Enjoy working in a team-based environment
- Experience providing phone, email, and chat-based customer service
- Experience answering phones and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Experience scheduling appointments
- Microsoft Office (M365); Microsoft Teams experience is a plus
- Medical reception experience and EHR experience are a plus, not required
