What You’ll Do
⦁ Make inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to support healthcare visits, screenings, vaccinations, and medication refills
⦁ Identify and work through barriers that keep members from completing important health actions
⦁ Deliver empathetic, professional conversations that inspire healthier behaviors
⦁ Educate members on benefits related to screenings and medications so they understand clear next steps
⦁ Coordinate with providers and members to connect them to services, resources, and medication support
⦁ Document every interaction accurately in the member’s health record
⦁ Escalate issues appropriately to ensure resolution and maintain a strong member experience
⦁ Meet business goals and outreach metrics through speed, accuracy, and consistency

What You Need
⦁ Experience with pharmacy terms or medical terminology
⦁ Experience with behavior change support or motivational outreach
⦁ Experience in call center or member/consumer outreach
⦁ 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
⦁ Medical certification (CNA, Medical Assistant, or similar)
⦁ High school diploma or GED
