Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (40 hours per week)
- Available across 49 U.S. locations
- Pay range: $17.00 – $34.15/hour (based on experience, education, and geography)

What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time guidance to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) during live calls
- Handle escalated Medicare member issues, de-escalating and resolving concerns quickly
- Educate and consult with members using integrated service tools
- Serve as a knowledge resource to improve CSR performance and workflows
- Support process improvements that enhance the member experience
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate and remain calm under pressure
- Experience handling escalations and mentoring or training peers
- Leadership qualities with ability to promote change in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of Medicare experience
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Intermediate skills with Windows applications and CRM tools
- Understanding of medical terminology and claims processes
